by Lieven Wellens Visit Date:March 29, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "quiet and beautiful location! Super if you want to stay away from the crowds. Don t go here if you want a buzzing nightlife scene... Room price is ok, but they charge you for everything else which makes it (too) expensive . Communication with guests could be better & more friendly too (if new guests arrive @ koh phi phi pier, the resort charges them for the transport to the resort, & tell this áfter the boattaxi arrives @ the resort...)There is nó other way to get there with luggage! (apart from the 1 hour jungle hike across the hill) . friendly restaurantstaff though, but limited menu for vegetarians. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |

by Lucie Visit Date:March 14, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Very beautiful place, very relaxing. If you stay in the top bungalow, be careful about your staff left outside .. everyday we had a guest ... a MONKEY enjoying her breakfast :)We stayed there 5 nights and we did the trips around. The staff should be little bit more polite, especially one pretty thai girl who tried to cheat on me, maybe to earn extra money :0) and she was very naughty. Guys at restaurant were wonderful, talkative, gave us advise etc. Sure if I go back to Phi Phi I would stay here again, mainly for the cool bungalows, sea (at Tonsai there are too many people so a bit dirty. I would recommend to the Beach resort to have a little kitchen for people where we can boil e.g. hot water any time we wanted. We asked them for hot water for my own herb tea and it was pretty problem....obviously I am not paying to the restaurant. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
by Anne Leforestier Visit Date:February 11, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Very bad surprise. The hotel seemed to be located in a pure paradise but it turned into hell! Such a bad service, employees don t care about you and just ask all day long your room number, room number even for a question on touristic spots on the island. It is very difficult to come back to the hotel once you reach Tonsai. One night we had to book another hotel in Tonsai cause the manager didn t want to send a boat to pick us at the port.. He was so rude! I heard that a mother had no choice to end-up in a hooker hotel with his son for one night... They are absolutely unforgettable. I highly recommend you to avoid this hotel even if the beach is nice. Moreover all drinks foods and other additional services are very expensive (x2 or x3 compared to Tonsai). [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |

by Mathé Miguel Visit Date:November 17, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Pp relax is a cool place that helps to relax outside tonsai. The bungalow was clean and beds are comfortable. Phak nam is a good location to make half day trip to bamboo and mosquito Islands, the staff is very welcoming and for french people who can t speak English, ask for Nicolas. If you want the bars and nightlife in Tonsai, better not go to Phi Phi relax because the transport can be expensive with the long tail boats." |

by Julia Visit Date:June 24, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Will not stay again. All of the comments posted below are entirely accurate. I don t know what I was expecting being dropped off on a remote beach but we really were bored out of our minds for the 2 full days we stayed here. Would be a good place for finishing a novel. No AC, no power in the day (which means no fan running), cold showers, few activities, somewhat unhelpful staff, horribly night sleep. Not a great experience for us, who enjoy keeping busy during our holidays." |
June 14, 2011 by Julie Healer Visit Date:June 4, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This little gem of a resort is a million miles away from the tacky areas around Tonsai. Very relaxing, very friendly, lovely restaurant and excellent value for money. Don t come if you want to party all night, but if you are a family or couple or single traveller looking for some quiet time then it s perfect [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
