Then the web staff confirmed with hotel manager no such change as said above.Until the moment we arrived, the hotel manager came & apologized there was no spare room for our booking (!!!). Really get mad about this, it seem the hotel hv premeditated to leave us no choice in the last minute but accept such situation while most of the same level hotels surround was fully book at that moment.Sawadee.com also could not control & insist them to preocess the original booking.To the end, 1hour nego with a tired face after long day flight, we accepted the condition they offered with unhappy mood in the first day of Luna New Year (bad luck ever).not see u again !!! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

The receptionists didn t even bother to see who walked in to the hotel. The walls are very thin and as this is a low-budget hotel it had many young aussie-guests who consumed too much alcohol 24/7,with hammering at doors 5 am every night. No security at the hotel. You get what you re paying for. Recomendable for young partygoers!" |

The A/C in this place is not working good , we had to change 3 rooms because of it , the water was in and out , you may get ready for shower and NO WATER ... and in top of it I saw a mouse running in the eating area...
