I think it was the worst experience from our whole holiday.I asked the girl from the reception, if she has no fun in your work, but I didn´t get an answer! Terrible!The room quality was good and the breakfast ok. The Swimmingpool not all it s cracked up to be. Not ok with the dogs that is all around in the resturant and the pool area. Defenitly not ok with one of the dog swimming in the pool. There were also children to the staff at the hotell. Thats ok if not disturbing but there was an older boy (maby 9-10 years old) that were quite rude when talking and swimming, saying things like this is my place and splashing around so that our small children could nt be around.The hotel is locaded a bit off from Ao Nang. There are not so many resturants for example. The beach is not nice, there are rocks and a lot of rubbish and glass. Thats a shame because it makes this place a lot worse than it could be.
